Not with a normal airplane like a Boeing 747 or Airbus A320.
Airplanes work by using air:
wings generate lift from Earth’s atmosphere,
engines need oxygen from the air for combustion.
But Mars is about 225 million km away on average, and space between planets is essentially a vacuum with no breathable air. Mars itself also has a very thin atmosphere — far too thin for ordinary airplanes.
To reach Mars, you need a spacecraft launched by a rocket, such as:
SpaceX Starship
Orion
Interestingly, small aircraft can fly on Mars itself if specially designed. NASA’s Ingenuity successfully flew in the Martian atmosphere by using ultra-light construction and very fast rotor blades.
So:
Earth → Mars: rocket spacecraft required.
Flying around on Mars: possible with specially engineered aircraft/helicopters.
